Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Brick AI, Inc. (“Brick AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our commercial real estate underwriting platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Brick AI is enterprise software for acquisitions teams, sponsors, and institutional investors — not a consumer residential investing or home-buying product.

1. Who we are

Brick AI provides AI-assisted document intelligence and deterministic underwriting workflows for commercial real estate professionals. The Service helps teams ingest offering materials, rent rolls, T-12s, and related deal documents; reconcile data; build models; and prepare investment-committee materials.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

  • Account information— such as name, work email, organization, and authentication credentials
  • Customer content— deal documents and data you upload or enter (for example OMs, rent rolls, T-12s, assumptions, and notes)
  • Usage and device data— such as log events, IP address, browser type, and product interaction metrics needed to operate and secure the Service
  • Communications— messages you send us (demo requests, support, sales)

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and underwriting workflows
  • Process documents with automated and AI-assisted tools solely to deliver features you request (extraction, mapping, reconciliation, reporting)
  • Authenticate users, enforce access controls, and protect against abuse
  • Communicate about the Service, security notices, and (where permitted) product updates
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Customer Content to train generalized public models in a way that discloses your confidential deal data to other customers.

4. Sharing

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf (for example hosting, storage, email, and analytics), under contractual confidentiality and security obligations
  • Your organization and teammates according to roles and sharing settings you or your admins configure in the Service
  • Professional advisors or authorities when required by law, or to protect Brick AI, our users, or the public
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate protections

5. Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please use strong credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

We retain account and Customer Content for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Organization admins may request deletion of workspace data subject to backup and legal retention limits.

6. Your choices

Depending on your location and role, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information associated with your account by contacting legal@brickiq.io. If you use Brick AI through an employer or fund, that organization may control certain account and deal data — contact your administrator first.

7. Children

The Service is for business users age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. International transfers

Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page or otherwise communicated when appropriate.
